Many services held today have loved ones who are unable to attend
If mourners are unable to be present — whether through distance, illness, or work and family commitments — our funeral video link allows them to join and feel included. This applies to both funerals and celebration of life memorial services, where family and friends may be spread across the country or overseas.
In times of loss, connection matters most. Our live streaming service offers a dignified way to bring everyone together, creating a shared space for love, support, and remembrance. The stream ensures everyone can be part of the occasion, even from afar.

Why Funeral Webcasts and Video Links Are Common Today
Funeral live streaming has become an integral part of memorial services in the UK. Recognising the geographical distances that separate friends and family, live streaming ensures that all attendees, regardless of their location, can fully participate in observing and honouring the ceremony. Mark collaborates closely with funeral directors to film the service in a manner that is both sensitive and discreet. The standard setup involves positioning camera at the rear of the church, although one can be placed at the front if there is room. For relatives overseas who might want to see the congregation, a remote camera facing the attendees is also an option. Utilising radio microphones for readings and equipping the Minister with one, if feasible, ensures high-quality audio. Additionally, our advanced mobile technology makes it possible to live stream from outdoor locations. For those who cannot watch the live stream, a memorial recording is available, ensuring that the event can be revisited at a later time.

What Our Customers are Saying
Bonded Connections
When we stream a service, we don’t rely on just one internet signal. Our system (called LiveU LRT) combines several mobile and broadband connections at the same time, so if one signal drops, the others keep everything running smoothly. This means the live video is steady and reliable, even in places where normal internet might struggle.
Common Questions
Here are some of the questions most often asked about funeral live streaming. We’ve kept the answers clear and straightforward, so you know exactly what to expect on the day.
Can you stream the wake or committal?
We offer streaming options for both single and multiple locations, shaped around how your day is planned and what matters most to you.
-
Single-location streaming covers one setting — whether that’s a church, crematorium, or woodland burial site.
-
Multi-location coverage includes several places: the family home, service venue, graveside, and even the wake, if needed.
What happens if there is no mobile connection?
In some rural areas where no internet is available, we still record the service in full. As soon as we have a stable connection, we upload it so family and friends can watch the complete service later the same day.
How far will you travel for a funeral?
We normally cover up to a 3-hour radius from our base. The first 90 minutes of travel each way is included in our fee. For longer journeys, or if an overnight stay is needed, accommodation may be required and this is agreed on a case-by-case basis. We only ever cover one service per day, so you’ll always have our full attention.
Will your microphones cause any interference?
No. Since we switched to DJI Mic 2, we’ve never experienced a problem. They will be placed close to the speaker so voices are always clear.
How many can watch the webcast?
There’s no limit — any number of family and friends can join. Our record so far is over 12,500 viewers for a single service. Whether it’s one person watching or thousands, we provide the same care and attention every time.
Is a music license needed?
No, not for private funeral streams. Churches and crematoriums already hold the right licences.
How much do you charge to stream a funeral?
Our packages start at £495. There may be an extra cost to cover the travel and driving time to your location.
Can you record the funeral only?
Yes. If you prefer a recording only, we can leave our streaming equipment at home. In this case, we offer a £50 discount on our usual fee. You’ll still receive a high-quality video of the full service.
